My passion for cooking began at 13, when experimenting with flavors turned into a true calling and my favorite way to express creativity. I trained in Culinary Arts at Alpine Center in Switzerland, then spent years in top restaurants in Athens, sharpening my technique, precision, and leadership.
From being Head Chef in Athens and earning recognition among the finalists for Best Chef in Greece, my journey took me across Greece and beyond—blending Mediterranean roots with international experience. Today I work as a private chef for VIP clients worldwide, traveling, sourcing exceptional ingredients, and tailoring every menu to create meaningful, memorable moments.
Cooking is where art and creativity come to life for me, and my greatest reward is seeing people experience pure joy through what I create.
I learned cooking at home beside my parents, then refined my craft through Alpine Swiss training and mastery alongside exceptional chefs.

Chef George spent 8 days with us in Porto Heli in Greece in our villa and it was a truly awesome experience, he prepared either a lunch or dinner meal for the 6 of us, We decided from the outset to give Chef a free rein and this was the best decision of our stay as everyday the meals were a surprise and exceeded our expectations, he took our input prior to arriving and just amazed us with his food, He would go to the harbour daily to purchase fish from the boats, daily fresh produce was also sought and this made this experience better. On our last day the evening meal was changed to a lunch at the last minute by us and chef did not even blink an eye and with a short period of time lunch was served, Chef George is truly 1 of a kind and his communication, straight forwardness and sense of humour was appreciated We have already planned our next trip stateside and will included his services. Thanks Chef
